I used Jay construction because my freezer was making a ringing noise and it was just that the door was open and he came out and all he told me was that the compressor was out, well to come to find out the compressor was not out and just to come out and tell me that twice and that it was the outlet that I had to change I had to pay 70 dollars each time. I will never call Jay construction for anything electrical. Don't call them because they are to expensive and not to go with them because when I called them again they told me it was the outlet. When they first came they told me it was not the outlet. They didn't give me what I needed so I wont call them anymore.
