Our fountain was a disaster. The water was always dirty - even though we had it drained once per month. The fountain motor was loud and vibrated so much it sent vibrations to our neighbor's house. When we originally called them, they came out and gave us an estimate. They were supposed to come back the following week, but evidently forgot. They apologized. When they did come back, they cleaned out the fountain, re-hosed the water feature to get better water flow, and insullated the motor to cut down on the noise and vibrations. Weeks later the fountain still looks good, with good water flow, and our neighbors say they can no longer hear or feel our fountain.

Work went as expected and on the schedulethat we agreed to. The new surface is perfectly functional and acceptable. Only negative issues were related to incomplete clean up: Some small debris was left on-site and there were some footprints from the concrete work left on our flagstone patio.
