Bad, very bad! I would say find a non-internet real estate company that has a long well establish community history and a physical office that doesn't look like a hoader's hiding spot. First bad indicator, Agent made statement, "Are you sure you want to use your own real estate agent!" Second bad indicator, Agent made statement, "You just don't understand, down here we do things differently than the big city like Tucson!" Third bad indicator, Agent appeared to use favorite contractors and family members to perform work to close the deal without giving the client a selection list to choose from. The names given had poor work quality, high prices, and some failed to finish the job as asked based on previous client reviews. Client statements were "cost more to hire someone from Tucson but the workmanship is better and the job is completed!" Fourth bad indicator, Agent didn't like to meet for one-on-one communications and had family medical issues that seemed to over whelm the agent. Fifth bad indicator, Agent communicated more with seller, than buyer, thus breaking the contract Sixth bad indicator, Agent lied to her boss about certain events, to include transmittal of certain electronic documents. Seventh bad indicator, buyer warned agent that asking price was too high and it would never make the appraisal, it didn't by $25k. Agent didn't act on behalf of buyer in re-negotiations of price, she had sellers hold firm. Deal was not closed because the Real Estate Agent failed her seller in not being realistic in pricing the house based on the current market conditions and failed the buyer by not providing equal support when needed. Perception to buyer was that the sellers were paying the agent for services to be performed, i.e. pool and garden maintenance, but was not being done on a timely basis or only as required for showing of property because of the condition of the property when an unannounce visit was paid. This visit EXTREMELY rattled and disturbed the agent to the point she called the local sheriff deputy who resides in area to make phone call to buyer to warn to stay off property. This company made be great in other locations but in this town it lacks leadership, guidance, and management from the corporate office. Both the Broker and Agent have been reported to State Real Estate Commission and Realtor's Association for possible breach of Ethics BEWARE! Go to a well established Real Estate Office (physical location) Update: House has been taken off the market. (601 Joy Lane, Rio Rico, Az) because owners didn't want to lower price)
