SPRINKLER REPAIR SPECIALISTS

Rich returned my call promptly, showed up on time and was able to fix all of the problems. He found leaks we didn't know we had and educated us on what to watch for to identify problems in the future. All work was done the same day and he cleaned up all areas. Half of the bill was for parts. Rich got approval for each item as he came across a problem and quoted the labor price per hour up front. He explained things in terms easy to understand and made suggestions I would not have thought of.

Arrived within the 1 hour window after calling to ask directions. The technician, Travis, was very polite, knew my sprinkler system well and fixed the problems quickly. Explained the workings of the system that were a mystery to me.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS NICE & VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE CLOCK WAS RUNNING WHILE HE WENT TO GET THE PART NECESSARY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE WAS QUICK ONCE HE GOT BACK, BUT AS A HOUSEWIFE, I ALWAYS WONDER IF I'M BEING WORKED OVER BY THE RUNNING CLOCK & NO PARTS ON THE TRUCK. I HAVE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST, THEY DO GREAT WORK, & I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM UNLESS SOMETHING OUTRAGEOUSLY AWFUL HAPPENS.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GUY FIXED A LONG LEAKING SPRINKLER HEAD. IT DIDN'T EVEN PHASE HIM WHEN HE DUG HIS HANDS IN THE ROTTING GROUND. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW OTHER THINGS I NEEDED TO FIX, BUT COULD WAIT. EVEN THOUGH MY REGULAR LANDSCAPER WAS CHEAPER, HE WASN'T AS GOOD.
