My computer was acting slow and I was getting sick and tired of it. I looked online for a local computer support company as I had some problems with the big box retailers. I found Valley Help Desk on Google and they had a great rating. I gave them a call and they sent out a technician to my home the next day. Michael arrived and finished his work quick. He explained some of the things he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions. I had the spare hard drive at my home and he quick popped it into my computer. Now I can backup my files, makes me feel a lot better. Michael was very professional and even gave me his company email address in case I had anything else come up. I would definitely use Valley Help Desk again.
