Tip Top Appliance Shop

My dryer stopped working which in a large family was an inconvenience.  I called Tip Top the next morning and he was out by noon to make the repair.  He replaced the element and was very honest in the repair.  He did not attempt to sell me things I did not need.  We have used Tip Top also for repairs on our dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave and each time Mike is very professional and quick to provide service.  He is my first call when I need any appliance repair and I highly recommend him.

The service was prompt, courteous, and fixed the problem.

Our refrigerator was on the blink. I called Tip Top Appliance repair. Mike, (the owner) came out the next day for a service call. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a burned out circuit board . Within 2 days, the part was ordered and received. He came out after hours to get us back up and running. He also gave us insightful tips for ongoing maintenance and upkeep. Mike and his wife Suzanne, provided us with excellent customer service and quick action. Though they didn't offer a coupon, they gave us a small discount on the part. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Oh my gosh! I could not have gone better. Mike and Dave had been out previously to help me with some refridgerator repairs that went extremely well. I told him about problems that I was having with my oven. My oven had previously been worked on, and even re-looked at by another repairman. They had charged me about $200 to replace the hinges, but funny thing, it never closed tight afterwards. When they were called back, they just told me that the manufacturer just wasn't making the new hinges strong enough to hold that door shut anymore. Yikes. These guys were really nice, just not very good at what they do and this was not the first time I thought they had messed up. I just gave up on that company and dealt with the oven until the display went out. Mike told me he would fix it and make it right or he would not charge me. The parts were ordered very quickly and Suzanne scheduled a return date. (She is even really nice and professional!) He showed up on time, worked quickly and even gave me other helpful advice. The oven works perfectly now. I am so grateful and so glad I have found this company. Mike is excellent at what he does and I am sure he will stand behind his work. If you have had unsatisfactory dealings with other appliance guys a urge you to try Tip Top Appliance. I am so glad to have found them!

The refrigerated section of my refrigerator wasn't cooling down, so I called Tip Top to take a look at it. It took a couple of days to get on their schedule, but they were very accommodating. They gave me a day that Mike would be in my area and then called me that day with a window of two hours when he might be at my house. I had asked him to call me about half an hour before he arrived so that I could meet him and not have to miss too much work. He did call and told me that he'd be at my house in about 45 minutes, and that is when he arrived, almost exactly. As soon as he looked at the refrigerator, he knew exactly what was wrong. The fan had broken and needed to be replaced. He replaced it very quickly. He also looked at the icemaker for me, which hadn't been working for a year, and determined that it was corroded and needed to be replaced to work. I decided not to have that done, but he looked up the price for that and everything. He also took a cursory look at my dishwasher, which he didn't have to do. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tip Top.

Service was great. They were open earlier than anyone else and managed to work me in on a busy Monday. The serviceman arrived on time and explained what he was doing it while he was doing it. He was also very careful about the wood flooring while moving the refrigerator. After he was finished he spent some time reviewing how I should clean the ice out of the freezer along with some general maintenance ideas. A+

The work was very well done. They were professional. The representative fixed it and he actually did it from the tips using a machine that would last longer.

The work turned out pretty well. My refrigerator had a failed defrost electronic computer plate which they fixed. They came when they said they were going to come and got the parts to fix the appliance. The price charged by them was good as well.

Mike was excellent. Prompt, professional, courteous and a nice fellow. Our Kenmore refrigerator stopped cooling, we called around to several companies listed in the phone book. Since it was Saturday, we had no luck in finding a company that could make it out before Monday AM. We called our daughter who lives nearby to make arrangements to attempt salvage what food we could. That's when she recommended (highly) we call Tip Top. Our man Mike was able to have us back up and running in record time (not to mention saving us the headache of transporting all of our frozen meats to our daughter's). Tip Top lives up to their name. Highly recommend!
