Specialty Pools

They are clueless. Tech said the aerator valve was exterior to the pool system. It took them three service calls to get out here (and almost one month) and they still didn't fix it. Avoid!

We were very fortunate to have chosen Specialty Pools to build our backyard pool.   In my opinion, they are one of the better pool builders in the Valley.  Much research and listening to my neighbors' problems with their pool builders helped us make our choice.  We were most pleased with Bill Miller, our pool builder, for his attention to detail and desire to get the job done right.  After each phase of the construction, Bill was there on site to check the work performed and answer any questions we might have.  And, as first time pool owners, we had our fair share of dumb questions.  Bill was very patient and explained everything to us in great detail until we fully understood.  Another point to mention is the speed to completion.  Even with weather delays and work stoppages due to our landscape project which was underway at the same time, our pool was fully operational in three months.  We were very happy with the pool construction phase, the finished product, and working with Bill Miller.  If we ever build a pool again, Specialty Pool and Bill Miller will be our choice to help guide us through the process. 

Bill came out on relatively short notice to help diagnose a problem with a broken valve.  The best part - he was able to retrieve a small part that I could not reach, and then told me to save myself a hundred bucks, and go buy the part that is a simple install at my local pool supply store.  (He offered to fix it of course) Was refreshing to find a service professional who looks out for you, when he could have easily racked me up a bill.  Will use him again for future repairs.
