Workmen were very efficient and punctual. I think some time spent on preventive maintenance would have been helpful. A week after installation 3 lines became slow or plugged. Had I known that the spouts can be clipped and new attached, it would have been an easy fix. Overall I was very pleased with SOS.

The roots from one of our trees damages part of our sprinkler system, and Zac came out on time, and quickly and efficiently repaired the damage. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I confidently recommend SOS without hesitation!

It was excellent, we call him, he showed up, he fix it and sometimes he called us to make sure there's no problem. He's not expensive, the pricing was just excellent. he's wonderful to work with, he always showed up with a smile and works hard.

Called to have them come take a look at a few issues we were having. They were able to come the next day. Zac quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. We hired him for the job and he got it done the same day. Friendly, honest and shows up on time. We will use them for any future issues!

Zach, the owner of S.O.S. immediately made clear there was what I considered a reasonable and acceptable charge to evaluate the system and that if I used them it would be considered in the final cost. If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and professional company to solve your problems, be fairly priced, offer suggestions (not necessarily costing more or clearly advising you if it would change the estimate) have a very hard working, polite and honest and trusty worthy crew ( they were even careful to watch the dog when the gate had to be open), being able to feel absolutely comfortable when I need to be away, and, leave your parts of the property they were working on cleaner than when they started, they are your go-to company for sprinkler repair big or small.

Very poorly! The service person (possibly owner) came to my house and said he would need to look around to determine the extent of the project. He turned on the water, fixed a leak, walked around, fixed another leak. He said he wasn't sure how long it would take, he couldn't provide a rough estimate for the project except for a charge of $100 per hour until it is completed. He then said I owed him $85 for the 2 fixed leaks. I did not ask him to fix any leaks since I could have fixed those easy leaks. This didn't fix my problem since there were other issues to be addressed which he couldn't do. Everything needs to be fixed for it to work. When I mentioned this to him, he blew up and started to rant and rave. It was unprofessional and scary. He stayed at my house for at least 10 more minutes in his truck before I had to leave for a school function. I ended up paying him $40 and chalked it up to miscommunication. I do not recommend hiring them at all. Beware of this man with a short fuse and violent temper.

We had a leak in our drip system, and Zac fixed it right away. Then 2 days later, we had a new leak in the irrigation system, but in a completely new area. Zac came out right away and repaired the additional leak ASAP. We trust him, and we trust his work! Thank you Zac!

I called SOS on a Friday I believe and Was scheduled for a Monday appt.. I was instructed as what to do until our scheduled time since we did have a leak. Zac was on time and did the repairs in about 20 minutes and then checked both front and back yard to make sure the system was AOK. We have had no leaks since. Price included Parts and labor as well as service call.

 Took about 5.5 hrs.  You would never know they were here.  Great service, reasonable price!

First of all I don't know many companies that will provide same day service. I called SOS at 8 a.m and by 10 am Zac was out and fixing my problem even though he was booked for the day. Zac really knows what he is doing and fixed the problem that was actually caused by my landscaping company who apparently broke my system and left. He discovered a faulty valve and replaced it while he was here as well as faulty wiring. I am more confident with my system and know I have someone I can count on if I need help. Thanks Zac!

Zach has been to our home twice to repair different problems with our irrigation system. Both times he did a great job, explained what was wrong, what he needed to do to repair the problem, and showed us the defective parts. He cleaned up the mess by shoveling the rocks and dirt back, and made the landscape look like nothing was ever done. Thanks Zach!

He was very good, and I liked him a lot. He was very knowledgable, on time, and very polite.

The leaking pipe had a severe "bend" & after several years it cracked. Zac not only made the repair he re-designed the way the pipe was installed to avoid the same problem in the future. Very pleased with this company, I will definitely call SOS Sprinkler Repair in the future.
