100% would NOT recommend this company. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company (Fidelity). They came out the next day, which was awesome. They told us there was a leak in the coil system and they would need to replace it. They did not give us a time frame of when they would be back out to do the repair, and said they needed to submit a report to Fidelity to move forward. It was two weeks later and Fidelity still had not received it. After 3.5 weeks they finally made it back out to do the repair. That was after they rescheduled with us twice because they would need two people for the job. Only a single guy arrived after all that and my fiancé had to help him lift the coils. This company does not care about customer service or being timely with communication and services. It has been a nightmare to deal with them, but Fidelity refused to send out a better contractor.
