HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING TOUGH SPOTS, PET ODORS/STAINS, AND CLEANING CARPETS AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS. ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY. DO A GOOD JOB WITH SPOT-REMOVING HINTS, AND ONLY RECOMMENDS NECESSARY WORK. DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING TILE ALSO.
