A small construction job we had undertaken required that we get through the fenced in area and the date of construction was moved up so we were desperate to get rid of it NOW but I was not sure where to turn. We also live all the way out in Fountain Hills - so it isn't easy to find folks willing to come out here. I called Robert on a Saturday - hoping to get voice mail, he responded that day, and despite the fact that all of his jobs were in Chandler on Monday - he found a way to fit us in! The team he sent over did everything I asked, and were very professional. Now I know who to call.

he finished in less than an hour from arrival for $425. I initially did not want to write this review because it is aggravating to ruminate about feeling cheated for a service, but when I told some of my friends and the people I employ, they stated that I could have gotten a lower price elsewhere, and that I was taken advantage of. How utterly disappointing to hire someone from Angie's List with an A rating-- takes away from credibility!

"I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We quoted the full load rate before beginning the job based on the large amount of construction debris and boxes to be removed and you agreed to the price at that time. In the end, we discounted $50 because the load included a lot of boxes. We did break down some of those, and filled as many as possible with packing material and other trash. Some could not be broken down at all because they were full of foam packing material and doing so would not have changed the volume or the price. Our rates are very competitive and our largest local competitor charges $578 for the same load size. I am sorry you did not feel the $50 discount was sufficient."
They loaded everything up and were gone in no time. The driver was polite, professional and didn't waste any time. Their truck was clean as was the driver/hauler.
This is the second job Garbage Guy has done for me and I've been impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness and promptness each time. No need to look for anyone else to get 'stuff' hauled out of your garage, basement, yard, or wherever.
