 + -1 moreThe owner of this business is a horrible unpleasant, unprofessional person. The staff tries to be helpful, but are not allowed because of all of the conditions and fees and loopholes involved with this company. If you don't believe me, just wait till you sit down to review it a lease. You will end up screwed in the end and come out worse that when you began. The owner does not care about real people and hides behind her contracts. There are plenty of property management companies in town. PLEASE stay far from this one !!!!!!!

First Sonoran does everthing from periodic home inspections, bid out and contract for repair or replacement work to prescreening for credit worthy tenants.They are a one stop shop for all of your rental property needs. If you already have a job and are not interested in babysitting properties and tenants, First Sonoran Properties is the management team you want working for you. They respect your valuable time and watch your bottom line. I have recommended First Sonoran's services to my friends and they have thanked me for the referral. GREAT COMPANY!!! DSF
