The job went smoothly and the estimated time to completion was accurate. We were very happy with the foam insulation. We were a little unprepared for the mess that was created in our garage from having the fiberglass insulation removed. Had we known how messy it would be we would have done a better job covering everything with clear plastic sheeting. Overall we are very happy with the improvement in energy efficiency from having our ducting replaced and new foam insulation installed.

After a year of very high electric bills with SRP we decided to do a home energy audit and was matched up with Envy Homes. We couldn't be happier!! They came out and did the audit, presented us with the results along with recommended option to fix the problems. We could pick and choose what we wanted to have done, but chose to go with everything from additional insulation, sunscreens and updated energy efficient LED recessed lights. If they themselves were not able to perform the work (we had a broken glass seal), they lined up a company to take care of this work. Everything from start to finish was great. Great communication between the employees and office staff. HIGHLY recommend Envy Homes!

Envy Homes was fantastic at every step of the way. From the initial energy consultation, to discussing pricing, completing the work, and re-evaluating energy efficiency after the work was done, Envy was reliable, knowledgable, and highly skilled. We live in a large-ish custom home built in 1979. Envy was great at figuring out unique air-duct and insulation solutions to our home's MANY oddities. It is stunning to me how much less we run our A/C in the Summer, and our heat in the winter. I am on the Simply3 Energy Plan with my utility company, so I try to not run my air from 2-5 pm. Before we had all this work done, I would pre-cool my home prior to 2pm, then set it at a much higher temp. Within 30 minutes, my house temp would hit the upper threshold and intermittently go on and off for the remaining time. NOW--I do the same pre-cool (which is SO much faster now), and my A/C stays off almost the whole 3 hours! It usually makes it until about 4:45! Then it kicks on for a few minutes, and goes back off, maintaining the temperature! Our A/C runs less, we are more comfortable, and our bills are lower. Envy completed this huge amount of work while we were on vacation for a week, and when we got home, they left the place so clean I didn't know anyone had been there; our job included drywall, cutting new vents, adding new ductwork, sealing all ducts, removing old and decaying duct work...it was a messy job and I couldn't even tell. They helped us take advantage of all rebates our utility company offered, making the service much more affordable. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to improve energy efficiency, keep their house cool, and reduce energy bills.

I'm a retired HVAC contractor. The work was completed in a very professional manner. One thing that is very important to me is clean up at the end of the work day, I wasn't disappointed. Inside comfort has met my expectations, with meeting the 30-50% energy reduction. Very satisfied.

The company was exceptional in planning and reviewing a series of three options to meet my expectations for refreshing the energy efficiency of my total home. They were extraordinarily detailed in their capability, recommendations and options. Once we agreed on the scope of work, their owner, project manager and workers were highly capable, respectful of my time and efficient in their work. Where challenges with implementation were encountered, they communicated well. I was pleased with the output and followup to insure my satisfaction. The business is local to me and felt like I was treated like family.

They were extremely thorough and explained everything. I would recommend.

GREAT! Would highly recommend you do the energy audit at the very least. It will show you how to save money on your energy bills starting that day. After the improvements were completed, they did another energy audit to make sure our home was as energy efficient as could be. Best decision and investment, we have ever made. Warning it is addicting, we will be doing a bigger energy saving project next year with ENVY!

Envy sent an independent auditor, Phil, to conduct the audit. Phil seemed very knowledgeable and provided some analysis and recommendations at the time of the audit. Some of those recommendations we were able to do immediately and have done so. We were then provided an extensive proposal from an Envy employee, Mitch, with a number of items that we could have done by Envy to improve our energy efficiency significantly further. (NOTE: The $99 was the cost to us of the energy audit. The remainder of the total cost of $400 was paid by APS.)

This is the second time we have used this company. They did extensive work on our little casita, including replacing old duct work, adding 2 new air returns, and replacing/adding insulation. After the work, our electric bill went down $50 per month! The men are hard-working and courteous. They even remembered us from the last job! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a/c/heating duct work, insulation, etc.
