D.L. Brunson Home Systems

The total amount of business that we have transacted with D L Brunson was in the six figure range. We had Danny Brunson and his assistant install a Crestron system in the new house and it became apparent that they did not have a sufficient amount of experience with that detailed system. There were frequent service calls over the first two years after we moved in with progressively longer times of response by Brunson to those service requests to correct problems and issues that arose with the complex security, sound and entertainment systems controlled through the Crestron system. Finally in March 2013 on the last service call there was a promise given for the next service call to take place in three weeks. After not showing for that service call numerous phone and text messages as well as email requests went unanswered by Danny Brunson. Finally we contacted Starpower in the valley and they came out to correct the problem. In addition they found some programming errors, some speakers were connected improperly and some speakers weren't connected at all. While we would highly recommend Starpower, we definitely would not recommend D L Brunson. The only two service techs are Danny and his assistant and I suspect as his business has grown they simply cannot service existing customers as they should.
