The job went quickly and clean. The boss came by at regular intervals to supervise. There were no surprises because the estimate was very thorough. I got exactly what I wanted.

This is an excellent company. I am very pleased with their work and a little awestruck at how fast and thoural they are. The roofing manager, Andy Santiago, never once not answered my calls both before the signed contract and after the job was finished. This entire job was 98% done in 1 1/2 days. The little bit of follow up was accomplished the next day after I called them. The owner, Ron Cosiano, even came out all the way from the Gilbert area (I am in Sun City) to help with a glitch in the installing of my insole capon awning on top of my old outdated awning from years ago. The price for all of this was more than $2000 less than what another roofer quoted me without the awnings and no ground drop! All supervisors and workmen were very professional. This new roof looks wonderful. Again, I am very happy.
