She stated a good way to clean, like we would do but this started deteriorating so I had to constantly remind her what was missed. Finally, I wrote a note of all the missed items. She went on vacation and when she got back she did one more good clean and as she left she told us she was quitting house cleaning. That was a lie as she still cleans houses. She can't be trusted with what she says. I would not use her as a house cleaner ever.
