Climate Kings is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on customer service. Over my years of experience working for major A/C companies, the customer service aspect was the number one problem with the company. In almost EVERY single situation. We will strive to be on time once an appointment is set. If unseen circumstances cause us to run late, we will always call. We call every customer beforehand to give them approx 30 minutes notice. We have all the necessary tools to complete the job. We have newer trucks to avoid untimely breakdowns and eyesores in front of your home. We wear uniforms and pay attention to our employees appearance and hygiene. Don't waste your time and money paying a larger company more for the parts, more for the repairs, and more for the technician(who is likely less knowledgeable). Let us help you through what most consider to be a scary experience due to morally challenged contractors!

Shawn called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was neat, friendly and professional. He explained everything to me:
