This was my first and last time using a professional cleaning service. I have a two-story 4 bedroom/4 bath home. They had 5 employees come to my home for a 'detailed cleaning' and left me with a home that basically had a rag wiped over things and dust moved around. They are very good at moving things to make you think they did stuff though. They were here from 2:30-5. That should have been my first red flag. They did not even clean 3/4 of my master bedroom. My stand up shower still is dirty and has soap scum on the doors. I took a dampened magic eraser and wiped down the wall and got a white clean spot. My kitchen floor was said to be mopped, I still had all the wonderful dirt and food under my trash can and the watermelon juice from the day before still on the floor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to the owner, sending pictures of their 'CLEANING' and was told she stands behind her employees and she would not come to inspect their job and tell me if she would actually pay the money I did for their work. She also stated that she could not know when those pictures were taken. Like I like taking pictures of the corners of my baseboards, fans, vents, floors...etc. I thought as a customer service she would offer to take $150 off since it obviously was not detailed cleaned or at least offer one or two of her 'better employees' to come and do the job better. But no...nothing. So, lesson learned. I was going to stop payment, but decided I'm chalking it up as a loss. If you have never used a cleaning service, refuse to sign anything or go over every corner (which they do not clean). Bless those people that got good service from them...because the 5 employees sent to my house must still be in training and does not know how to 'detail clean' yet.

The regular cleaner did an excellent job. Always on time or called ahead, responsive to our requests, did above and beyond cleaning and supervised her teammate well. Extensive difficulty with management. Examples included: hard to get a hold of; no message ability by phone; did not respond always to texts messages; and greatly inhibited communication on concerns or schedule changes. Poorly organised and run company. Online access was usable but lack of personal contact/accessibility lead to confusion especially when ask by text message to please respond to validate she had received the messages.

It was awesome they sent 3 cleaners all were nice and professional and very dog friendly. Also their web page is very user friendly and is mobile friendly so when looking up services on the go. Will be using them again in the future.

Their team was great and helped me get an appt on a tight deadline before the house was supposed to go on market. They were punctual, a joy to work with, and did a great job!

I didn't like them, and that is why I didn't use them again. They are awfully slow. It took two women 4 hours to mop my floors, and they didn't even do that completely. I tried not to make a comment because I didn't want to say anything bad. They were terrible and I hated them. I wanted them to mop my floor and clean the bathroom. I told them that they didn't have to do the bathrooms that well. I even gave them a break on them. I told them they could just wipe the ground, they didn't have to do the mirrors and all that. I told them to wipe the sink and stuff. I told them I am more concerned with the washing of the floor. I wanted the floor to be washed and waxed. 4 hours, 2 women, they didn't even complete the job. It was awful. It is a mum and pop type of deal, and it is different from a corporation and that is why I didn't want to say anything because you can take business away from them. I didn't have it right away because I had family members coming, so I wanted just before they came. It was horrible. It was one young girl, and an older lady, and the older lady knew, she was apologizing. I could mop my floor in an hour, and that is why it really ****** me off. I had a leg problem too and I couldn't get up. I was laying in bed when they were doing it. It was ridiculous, I hated it. I was so unhappy about it.?

I used Brennan and Co. for cleaning a ?move out? in a vacant home.  My main concern was the cleaning of the shower floor and shower glass because of heavy buildup. 

I checked several cleaning companies, both listed on Angie?s List as well as others. Kris, the owner of Brennan and Co.  was the only person who gave me hope that these areas may get cleaned successfully?and they did!  The price was very competitive for what I was quoted by others.  She even called me to confirm working longer than the original estimate?which I really appreciated. After cleaning not only did the shower look good but the whole house sparkled and smelled clean.  I will definitely use them again.

The team showed up within the timeframe they had scheduled and completed the work efficiently and well. They were very thorough and stayed for the allotted 2 hours.  They cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 staircases with carpet and 2 bedrooms and had extra time to dust the living room and dining room.  I found them to be efficient, thorough and pleasant.

Awesome!! Chrissy and Anna (sorry if i butchered your names!) arrived on time and prepared to start working. I had planned to join in the cleaning efforts and we were able to get a ton of cleaning done!  They were both wonderfully friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them. When time was up, I was left with a spectacularly clean and wonderful smelling house, down to the smallest details (like the incredibly dusty silk flowers in the guest room that Chrissy cleaned very well! Wow!) I could not recommend them more highly - they did a fantastic job and I would hire them again!  Thank you!
