They dont clean the skimmer baskets. but claim that is done in the weekly report, this and amny other issues time and time again.

Good. My only complaint would be when filters were cleaned, it was done on my lawn leaving a mess.

These guys do a GREAT job, they are honest (which is uncommon in this profession) and charge a totally reasonable fee. I think I was paying more for chemicals to keep pool clean on my own than what they charge me every month for the whole service. Did I mention they do great work? All the wasted years maintaining my pool on my own - and it's a big pool. I would definitely recommend them!

Awesome as usual, these guys are always at the top of their game! I have never had a bad pool day in the years I have been using Blue Royalty. Cameron, Carter, and their team not only keep my pool looking great daily, but hey let me know when repairs or service concerns may be on the horizon. They send me e-mail updates of my chemical levels and logs of the services they have performed. They have online billing available and are always responsive to my requests. I have recommended this company to my friends and family and no one has been less than thrilled. They service my home in Gilbert and various family members in Tempe and Ahwahtukee. You will not be disappointed if you give this company your business!

Fixed our splash pad and did a ton of plumbing... all of which was awesome. We fired our other pool service and not are with these guys. I can always get ahold of them via text, which I love.

tHE PUMP HAD QUIT WORKING
THIS PUMP CONTROLS THE POP UP CLEANERS ABOUT A YEAR AGO THE OTHER PUMP QUIT SO THEY REPLACED IT ALSO.
THEY COME IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS.
THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL.  I TRUST THEM WITH A KEY. TWICE A YEAR THEY CLEAN THE FILTER TO KEEP THE SPARKLING CLEAN.

Still some remaining issues, didn't pay attention to details. No followup to make sure job was done to customers satisfaction. I suggest get more in writing on the work to be done and  its cost .

Excellent customer service. The owner, Cameron really knows what he is doing and is able to identify issues early. Not only do they keep the pool clean but they also keep an eye out for necessary maintenance. Punctual and reliable, highly recommend!

Blue Royalty keeps my pool sparkling and clear! I have been using their service for several years and have recommended them over and over. They are professional, timely, and courteous. I have never had to wonder how my pool will look if I want to entertain or even after dust storms. They handle filter cleaning and minor repairs and are very proactive. These young professionals understand customer service and are committed to their business and the science that it requires. I cannot say enough great things about these young men.
