On time, cleaned up completely, very nice and a pleasure to have in my home.
I had a complete kitchen remodel done and they were the best folks in my kitchen (said that about Micheal Newlands the painter also but I hadn't met these guys yet). No issues and very professional. Not all the folks working on this project could you say that about.
Russel and Homer were all business but very friendly. Price was right too, actually less than I expected.
USE THESE FOLKS!!!!
Thank you Travis and these guys do your company's reputation a service.
Then recent service at one of my rental homes: clear a toilet line. The $105 charge seemed high, considering the job was done in 15 minutes and only involved the toilet plumbing. On another property I own a similar problem occurred. I selecting one of Angie's recommended plumbers. They charged $70 and took 45 minutes to clear the line all the way to the city's sewer line.
I requested a quote to connect a pool backwash to a sewer outlet. Bill at Big City cited $2,500 to $3,000. The next highest quote from three other companies was $750. Lowest price, $685. Clearly he had no idea about how such work is done. Such a ridiculous quote certainly ended my use of this company.
