Allstate Air & Heating LLC

We had our A/C go out on a weekend in August of course.  Luckily, we have two units, and the top story unit was still working.  After scouring the internet in hopes of finding a reputable company that not only responds on weekends, but works outside of the metropolitan area, I found Allstate A/C.  I was fortunate enough to find a few reviews that left me comfortable in calling the company.  My husband called Sunday morning and, Jeremy (from Allstate A/C) showed-up within 2 hours.  Jeremy was friendly and professional.  He had to access the attic via my bedroom and he was very patient waiting for me to exit the room from my slumber (I work the late shift). He diagnosed the problem as a bad run capacitor.  He quickly replaced the part with one he had on hand and charged what I considered to be a reasonable fee overall for the repair being done on the weekend with such a quick response time.  We appreciated Jeremy?s work and highly recommend Allstate A/C to anyone needing their A/C fixed.

They were always prompt and professional. They always explained what was wrong with the system each time and my options for fixing it. It was an old unit. They could have said it could not be repaired and just needed to be replaced back in '09, but they didn't. I never felt scammed or hustled. They were honest and fair. The new install was flawless. They did it while I was at work, and even removed a dead swamp cooler for no extra charge. I would gladly use them again or refer anyone to them.

We ordered one of the special filters to go in, the one that you could rinse out and that cost $72. We got the delux tune up done which cost $84.95 and then we paid something extra to get the evaporating cooling system on the inside cleaned out. It is an older home and it had not been done for a while. So, we had them do a bunch of extra work. They were very thorough and we were very happy with them. Mr. Jeff was the one who came out to do the work. They did a terrific job and they were very friendly. We wanted to look over their shoulders to see as to what they were doing because we didn't know about the air conditioning systems that much. This would ususally annoy people but they were very friendly and did not mind. They educated us on showing as to how the different readings were affected before and after it was cleaned. They also showed us as to what we needed to do on our own. They presented different options with the cost and all the details. They were very effective in giving us other options and explaining it without making us feel like we were being upsold. They were very nice. We would get things in the mail all the time about air conditioning tune ups and their basic price as well as their delux price was in line with the others. They were very responsive. We will most definitely use them again in the future. We could pull their paper work so quickly because we intend to use them again.
