When they were here cleaning the carpets, I asked him to clean my couch, as well. He ruined my couch and floors. Everything was soaking wet. He claimed he cleaned 2 area rugs, but only cleaned one, which he left it in the garage to dry. They were very rude and loud. When the owner came back, he told me had been in business in 15 years. He never gave me a chance to give my side of the story. I will never have them in my house again.

Super nice guy, Elijah, called and came 20 minutes before my scheduled time. He broke down the cost for me. He graciously cleaned a little carpeted hallway for free. I offered to move furniture and he kindly said "Your work is done. That's what you hired me for." He put little plastic things under all the furniture legs and wore little footies around the house.
