He was excellent. He did a very thorough job. He is very conscientious. His name is Neal Rograin. He was very through about everything. He takes multiple pictures. He writes very comprehensive reports. He sent us the report and it was very good. I think the price was fair, I think it was in the ballpark that most people would charge. He came recommended by a neighbor. He did a great job, it was comprehensive, and he sent us everything via internet so that we could continue to buy this property. He sent a binder to us later on and again there were pictures. I thought he did a good job and we were very satisfied. We would not hesitate to refer him. I phoned him because we were trying to make a decision on purchasing the house and he was very patience with me. He went through the report with me verbally on the phone. He went through everything in the house, he was very detailed, he took pictures of everything, and he spent time with me on the phone.
