The Big Deal service went fine. I have used them a couple of times since then. I spent a little bit more than the $90 Big Deal because I had more windows done. Everything went very well. They usually bring out one or two persons. My interactions with them have been very good. They are very polite and courteous.

The glass doors, tracks and windows has not been cleaned in years. He stuck to the job until he got them sparkling clean. Very pleasant and accommodating fellow. We would gladly hire him again!

The office and technicians were responsive and professional. Showed up on time mad worked diligently until the job was complete. The crew always wore foot covers inside the house to avoid staining carpet. Very professional job I would definitely use them again!!!

The provider cleaned all outside windows, inside and outside. We had on window where the inside window tinting had to be scraped and removed. The provider did an excellent job in removing the tinting and getting the window clean again without any scratch marks.

Went well. He even broke a roof tile and told me so. They called a roofing company to come out and replace it and told care of the bill. This company has integrity. Thanks guy. Would call them again.

Devon and Jeff came out the day it was schedule and were on time. Two very nice guys and they seemed to work well together. I asked if they can do 2 other windows and screen and they were very happy to do so. I was very excited to get these windows and screens done. I was happy with the price also. After they left I checked on the 2 other windows and I notice that the screens were not in place properly. I was mad at myself for not looking at them before they left but I called 5 Stars and they had the guys come out the next day and fix them. They did the job and I'm very happy with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I hired this company one time and the services were great, when I purchased the big deal however, the services were not satisfactory. The man that came out did not do a good job, the windows were very smudged and when the sun showed through them, you could tell that they were not clean.

Since there was no response, we assumed you were busy and couldn't fill it out, but that everything was satisfactory. Had we known you felt this way we would have happily come back to make any adjustments you needed. Our reputation is the most important asset our company has and so we are fiercely committed to the balance between great customer service and good communication. We are cautious to not overwhelm our customers with too much communication, but always ask for this feedback to avoid these situations. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I used them a couple of times. It was fine but they charged me for traveling for a trip service fee. I found somebody that would do it for $75 and they did a better job. The new company was a lot less. They were okay but they didn't do as good of a job as the person who charged me less. They didn't take off the sliding glass doors and clean between them like the other company did.

We are more committed to customer satisfaction that any other window cleaning company and even though we do have to charge reasonable rates for us to stay in business and pay our workers a livable wage, we are also committed making sure we are competitive with our fully legal and compliant competitors. If there is ever anything we can do to satisfy our customers, we go to great lengths to accommodate. The only time we do not remove screen doors to clean them is when removal of them goes against the manufacturer's suggestion or if removing it would put the future functionality of the door in jeopardy. We would be delighted to do whatever is necessary to find the right balance with each customer and we are always happy to discuss it before having such an unfortunate review."

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. The service worked out fine and they are a great company to work with. They did a great job. The big deal price covered all the windows that were cleaned. The people that actually came to the house were great. They took pride in what they were doing. My wife said that they were very meticulous about keeping things clean when they were working. They did a great job on the windows. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.
