"We are disappointed to receive this member's review. We performed a cleanup in November 2016 for this customer. Our records indicate 56 hours were spent on the job and debris removal to the dump. After we found out that the customer was not happy we reduced the amount of the invoice to 2800 and we did extra work to try to provide a satisfied customer. The crew did leave the gates open and we apologized for the oversight of our employee in this regard. Attention to detail is a quality we strive for at Zebrascapes. We aim to redeem this bad experience with our future customers."
