 + -1 moreWe were buying a house. It had a leak in the patio roof that leaked down to the inside floor below. He was fired to fix this leak by the previous owner before the house could be sold. It still leaks. He wrote a five year guarantee. He came out and found lots of excuses why it still leaks in the same place as he was hired originally to fix. There is even hand writing on the joists where it leaked before and still leaks at the same spot.
