All around excellent work.  I had to reschedule at the last minute and they were very accommodating.  Very professional service and craftsmanship.  They made 30+ year old floors look like new and built some brand new stairs that are beautiful.  I would highly recommend them for any work on hardwood floors.

The price was for hardwood flooring and installation.

Working with Roger was a fun experience. He removed the stress from a big and expensive decision and is clearly an expert on wood flooring. The product we fell in love with was on back order, but Roger managed to track some down to save us a long wait. He's the kind of guy who will just make it happen! The installers were very professional and friendly and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner with a quality of work we are very pleased with. Roger was great about following up with us throughout the process and after the installation was done to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are THRILLED with the final product!! Roger Pride owner of Walk on Wood, provided excellent, highly professional service and support throughout the entire purchase and installation process. He gave us great advise, was highly knowledgeable about both the products and process and was consistently pleasant. He was always available to answer our questions, making several trips to our home to check the condition of our slab prior to installation and ensure we were happy with all aspects of the process and the final result. Because the floor was part of a total remodel, the timing of the installation slipped several times. Roger was always very accommodating and gladly worked with us on the schedule, which we really appreciated. His installers were prompt, courteous, professional, and best of all did an outstanding job. We could not be happier with our new wood floors!

This is my third separate time having Roger and his staff work at my house. I have made improvements on my property and they are the ones who helped me with the process. Roger came to my home to measure and made suggestions as to what to do about my stairs as I was worried about wood on the stairs making them slippery. Roger is so kind and genuine providing me with options during the buying process. I felt comfortable from start to finish. He is truly interested in making the whole process flow easily. I might also add that I happen to be older and a widow and at no time did I feel unsafe or used. Wish I could say that about other company's in this town.

I was referred to Walk on Wood by my contractor. My wife and I went downtown and met Roger Pride and his office manager Mora (and her giant, gentle dog, Wrigley). From the minute that we walked into the store to talk with Roger we knew that we had picked the right place. He is not only an expert in his field, but a genuinely nice person who helped us with our decisions throughout the process. Even though his installers did not lay the floor he was always there, giving helpful advice to our contractor. He discussed the various woods, types of floors, and options for us to consider, with absolutely no pressure to buy. His installation crew sanded and finished the floor once the contractor had laid it and they did a superb job. If you are considering a wood floor then it will certainly be in your best interests to go downtown and see Roger at Walk on Wood. You will end up with a great floor and a new friend!

They were very good. The price was fair. They were basically on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I was very pleased with what they did. They were pretty efficient.

Everything looks great! They did a good job, and they were always quick to respond if there were every any problems.
