It went well. Like Dr. Z Treatment price was a little high price wise.

The visit went great even though our dog is a total freak around other pets because he wants to play constantly. He almost jumped over the counter to play with another dog he saw. He knocked their cup of pens off the counter and got so excited he made a and quot;code yellowand quot; on the floor in their waiting room. The staff handled it with great patience and provided a treat for our psycho dog.
They do have a separate entry door/waiting area for dogs and other animals which makes it better.

We took our pets to VCA Thumb Butte Animal Hospital in December. We have an appointment coming up here in April. I feel they are fairly priced for their services. They were very friendly. I like that. There are several vets there. Super friendly.

All the staff are great and Dr. Hufford in particular is excellent.

They were awful. They had horrible customer service. The actual doctor was okay, but their office staff was horrible. My husband wanted his dog cremated, so that he could bury his ashes where they used to go hiking or stuff like that. They cremated him but they never returned the ashes. I don't even know if they cremated him. They told us that they disposed his body but we never got the ashes or the body or anything back. We weren't married then, and the office staff told me that I couldn't handle or deal with what was going on because I was just the girlfriend. It was horrible. They are not personable. They have actually no empathy for people. They are not nice, and I would never ever go there again.
