They installed 3/4 of my kitchen tops and while doing so, they scratched the fan above my stove and dinged the cabinets in several places. I did not worry about this since I know things happen and I repaired the dings myself. I needed an additional 3 ft. of granite and I asked them to keep the pieces that remained from the 2 original slabs and I would call them when I needed them. They assured me they would put my slab aside until I called. Approx. 2 month later, they sent a guy out to measure. Three weeks went by and I did not hear from them. I called several times and no one got back to me. Finally the owner, Todd called and said they could not find my granite. He thought it had been thrown away. He looked for a piece to match to no avail. He called me and said I would need to buy another slab to get the piece I needed and he would give it to me for $800. Too much $$ for 3' piece of granite. I should not have to buy another slab when he lost my original piece.
