Tim's Auto Group was established in 1983 in the beautiful town of Prescott Arizona. We are and have always been a family owned and operated business. The oil change was good. They said they tightened 2 bolts. Upon inspection they removed all my splash guards to stop the noise. They removed my jack under the hood and did not put it back. They charged me $36 for oil change and $130. for what they said tighten 2 bolts. I called their main office and they called back and said prescott office will call. They never did. Over a month and they will not talk to me.

I purchased a used 2010 Camry from Tim's Toyota but the rear tires were worn unevenly and caused a rumble noise. I contacted the service department and they examined the Camry and it needed a rear alignment and two new tires. The service manger Mike Wilder offered to spit the cost of the alignment and two new tires on rear that would match the front new tires. I agreed to pay $200 for the repairs. They completed the work and aligned both the front and rear of the vehicle and replaced the rear tires with new matching tires. I was satisfied with the work.

The tires were supposedly inspected and deemed safe. Some six hundred miles later on a trip to Zion National Park, a tire went flat. At the local tire shop, the tire was examined. The tread, which Tim's Toyota Service Department had checked, was worn through. The other three remaining tires were in similar condition and likely to suffer a similar fate before we reached home. We bought four new tires. Tim's Toyota's response to my informing them of what happened was to disavow any responsibility whatsoever.

I like them a lot. Every time I go in they are very good. They keep me informed of what they are doing even though I don't know anything about cars. If something unexpected happens they will come to me and say. They don't just call me and run in, in my opinion. There was no charge.
