The store was empty, they have either gone out of business or have moved. Either way, there was no notice or explanation given.

Sun Mountain IT has done work on our computer systems numerous times throughout the last several years. Virgil Aurand, as well as his employees, are always very pleasant to work with, and extremely professional. They are very techno-savvy, however, can explain what the problem is and their recommendation to resolve it so even non-computer techies understand. They are punctual and return calls very quickly to let you know they got the message, and to give you an estimate of when they can look at your computer, etc. always with an understanding that urgency is important (just can't live without those computers, can we?). I could go on, but just suffice to say, we have worked with other computer repair persons for many years, and quite simply put, Sun Mountain IT is the best anywhere. We are incredibly fortunate to have them in Prescott!
