Jim came right on time, was clean and professional. I showed him 3 spots on the new carpets in the bedrooms where the dog had had accidents. One of those spots I had treated with a dog urine remover. He said they would not be a problem except the one I had treated might not come out all the way. Jim said he would come back to re treat any spots that didn't come out. I left town for a months, house empty, a few days later. When I returned the spots were still there so I called him. Jim asked me to treat them myself using hot water and a blotting method; that he would come if that didn't work. It didn't work so I called and he said he'd come that week. He didn't come, didn't call. I called him again (on a Tuesday,) explaining that my house was going to be for sale and I needed the carpets to be spot free. He said he would call me Thurs. morning and tell me what time he would come that day. He didn't come and didn't call. I, again, called him but the call went to his answering service. I have not heard from him since and will have another company come in to treat and remove these spots. I would not ever use Simply Clean Carpet Care again.

Jim came in and assessed the work to be done and planned for the space he needed and equipment he would need to bring into the home. He was very friendly and personable but very quickly went to work completing the job quickly but thoroughly. He even took time to advise me on future cleaning needs regardless of whether I used him or someone else. My furniture was cleaned very well and looks much better now.
