Josh and the subs he hires were detail oriented, very professional, and generally nice guys. I often left the workers on their own to attend lunches, meetings, etc. I never once felt uncomfortable doing this. I have plans for more projects and they will be whom I call.

I have nothing but praise for Josh and Jim they are true craftsmen. They are detail-oriented and their work is exceptional and extremely high quality. They also provide good recommendations on design elements. I was impressed with their professionalism and they are both very nice to work with. I would hire them again anytime a need arises.

Our project was for a pergola to go over the patio at our new home. We wanted a large area shaded from the sun, but open to our back yard and while not obstructing our view. We wanted natural looking but durable, low maintenance materials that were resistant to rotting, infestation and the sun. From the start, Josh and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our neighborhood has strict HOA landscaping requirements. Josh knew them well. After discussing the various materials and design goals, he worked up a detailed sketch that reflected exactly what we wanted. He did all of the necessary paperwork that had to be submitted to the HOA as well as the city for approval and permits. Everything went smoothly. Work progressed in a timely manner and his conscientious crew cleaned the area at the end of each day.

We?re very satisfied with quality of the workmanship and attention to detail.  We feel we received  good value for the money spent. The result was a wonderful outdoor living space that we can enjoy year round. We highly recommend Josh and his crew for any home improvement you may be considering.

Josh provided a detailed estimate of the work that would be done with an estimated price.  They removed the old floor tile that was used by the builder as a kitchen backsplash. Replaced all the backing board and installed a complicated combination of glass, stone and ceramic tile patterned kitchen backsplash.  They also installed a stone trim border tile. They arrived on time, worked all day with hardly a break, cleaned up each day. They pay attention to the details and show true craftsmanship and quality.  The job was finished on time and on budget.  Josh and his crew are professional, honest and polite.  They are a true compliment to their trade.

This is the third time we have used this company and each time Josh and his crew have performed consistent quality, detailed service.  I have recommended them to several friends who were very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail they provide and they have also used them again.

Cabinet door was split all the way thru about 1/2 way down. I wasn't sure it could be repaired and thought we might need a new door. Even though I contacted them during the holidays the response was good. Joshua picked up the door from our home and thought he could repair it which is what we preferred.  A few weeks later he delivered the door and the damage is undetectable. We are very happy. It looks like new!

We feel that we really lucked out by finding such an accommodating person as Josh to get us out of our predicament.  He is a real gentleman and we would certainly use him again and highly recommend him. The price we paid for the job was an added bonus.

The guys were the first to get back to me with an estimate and started work the following week. They were professional, courteous, and punctual, and got this project done within three days.

Removed window to add sliding door to patio.  Which involved re-routing wiring, framing, stucco blending inside and out.  Removed bifold door to pantry replaced with hinged door. Added molding. They were professional, punctual, neat and completed work in a timely manner.  Actual cost was within initial bid costs.  This is the second time I have used them and will use them again.

We were away much of the time, so Josh and his crew had to work independently. They kept us informed, made wonderful selections and decisions on our behalf while controlling costs and maintaining fastidious attention to detail. They are honest, reliable, tidy and a pleasure to work with (no blaring radios!!!). I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

They tore out an existing desk and built a new one. They did their work quickly and the result was beautiful.

Just wanted to give an update.
The work done still looks and functions fabulously and the doggy door has everyone in the household very pleased (especially our 75lb pup). I can't state enough how much I appreciate the job Joshua did. Finding people that really know their craft and have such a strong work ethic seems rare these days. He's a gem. (Jessie, the pup, agrees!).

Josh and his crew did a great job!  They showed up each day on time.  Kept their work area neat and protected the floors and other areas not being renovated. They were very professional and worked all day each day.  They were very professional, applied great attention to detail and communicated with me throughout the process in regards to any adjustments to the plans, what to expect when and status of the project each day.  The completed project looks great! One would never know that our remodel was not always part of the home. Space works great and looks great too.  I have already recommended them to friends. Final price came in as quoted in the original estimate.

These guys are a pleasure to work with. They are not like your "typical" construction workers. The guys you meet and talk to the first time are the same ones that do the work. We feel very comfortable having them in our home even when we are away. There's no dogs, smoking or loud music and they do a thorough job of cleaning up every day. They seem to really have an eye for the littlest details. They even helped us with design and many other details as the jobs progressed. We can highly recommend them for any size of job.

Overall there are no major complaints. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship. We really appreciated the way that the team had full consideration for our needs. They were very respectful and pleasant to work with. The communication was very clear and they answered all our questions and concerns. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.
