He helped up. He was helpful. The installation has not happened yet. He brought in the cheapest book first, which I didn't like any of those. I live in an bad neighborhood, and wanted good Hunter Douglas Blinds. I probably could have gotten them cheaper, but I wanted someone to measure the windows and install them. To do all that. I thought he was going to be full priced. He is doing the full service. I haven't seen his quality yet. I haven't' seen him install them yet. When I see the way they light, I can then go on and give an rating. It wasn't even for the whole house. Its for five windows. I think Hunter Douglas is an superior brand. I am paying for that name. He was the only one who carried them that I saw.
