SAFE HAVENS

Safe Havens stepped into an ugly situation. We had hired another roofer to do our roof, then my elderly parents roof. We had such a hard time with our roofer that we called our insurance comany's appraiser to ask a few questions. We asked if he had any reccomendations of a company that was honest, first of all. And one that he had never heard a peep of complaint about. The first thing out of his mouth was "Safe Havens." Just the name was news to our ears. Our insurance appraiser gave us Eddie Rickart's name and number. However Mr. Rickart was out of town with an ill family member, he immdiately put us in touch with Marvin. Marvin, it turned out was the owner, and he came to my parent's house the very next day and he stepped in where the other company had dropped the ball. He was willing to go with the contract we had and my parents had a new BEAUTIFUL roof the very next week. My parent's have a high pitched roof and skylights. We were not chargeed any extra for the work, eventhough it was last minute. Billing to the insurance company was absoultely SEEMLESS and Mrs. Havens did a beautiful, fast, efficeint job. The entire process was done within 2 weeks. And we got a beautiful Thank You from them! I would wholeheartedly reccommend them. He even came back recently to look at my roof and give his opinion...He's someone you can trust to stop by when you need him. NOt just because of a job...
