The gentlemen cleaning the windows were polite and did their job. They broke a window, no big deal it happens. We have talked to the owner, Berry a couple times and he assured us it was being taken care of. A month later it's still broken and no return calls after several messages have been left for him. Be careful if you use Berry, but I would recommend you use someone else.

They do a very professional job. It's very good. I recommended them to some of my clients. I have some clients that asked about window cleaning. They dress nice. They are extremely pleasant to deal with. They are very courteous.

Very well. They washed all residence windows on outside and washed inside and outside of windows on the studio. The studio
windows were quite dirty and the provider got them sparkling clean quickly. They were very thorough about cleaning out the sills and left everything in great shape. Would definitely use them again.

I've used RPWC for several years. They come 2x1 year and wash inside/outside on first annual visit and outside only on next visit. They call to remind me when it is time.

While the young men who showed up where very good, I do want to warn those that the owner showed up on the appointed day and raised the price from $175 to $250 and said take it or leave it. I accurately gave him the square footage of the home and the fact that we had two stories. I really need to get the windows cleaned and agreed to the price but felt taken advantage of. I do not trust this man and will not use him again.

"The initial quote of $175 was based on information the customer gave me over the telephone. She failed to mention many of the windows were two stories, floor to ceiling, and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I explained to her before starting the job that it was actually easily a $300 job. I would NEVER tell a customer to "take it or leave it." She said that it was a lot more than she anticipated and I offered to reduce the price by $50 if she would like us to only vacuum the tracks on the sliding glass doors and not clean the tracks in the windows. At that time she seemed very happy with that arrangement, so I gave my guys the go ahead to do the job."

I believe it was all hand washing, no power washing involved. They were very professional. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I will be using them in the future.
