Appliance Sale
The communication between the office and technicians was spotty. The technician's 1st visit went OK - he diagnosed the problem, gave us the part replacement cost estimate, and asked us if the dishwasher was under warranty. It was. He said, OK, he would need to coordinate the repair through the warranty people. Fine. Three days later, he shows up, saying he was here on a service call. What? Apparently, there was a communication problem between dispatch and the technician. I reiterated that we told him the unit was under warranty, blah blah blah. A few days later, the dispatch office called wanting to set up the appointment. Fine. Did that. The technician showed up WITHOUT THE PART. Argh. Long story short, the unit was eventually fixed.
If you live in the Quad-City area and have Samsung appliances, Pruitt's is the only game in town. No other appliance repair shop works on them. Double argh.

I've used them probably 6 times. They're a little pricey but they were quick to respond to me. I spent $75 for them to come out.
