PRESCOTT VACUUM & SEWING

The owners of this place are as cuckoo as the clocks they repair. Extremely short fuses, very unprofessional and borderline verbally abusive. My wife made the mistake of buying one of their high end Panasonic vacuums while I was out of town as a surprise. Little did she know that I had already decided to get a different brand. When I tried to return the vacuum less than 24 hours later I was told by the owner " We've never had a return before. Let me think about it" WHAT? Next day he told me their policy was NO RETURNS! When my wife and I both expressed our displeasure at this unfair practice, he proceeded to berate us, claiming smugly "I don't RENT vacuums" among other insults and ended his tirade by threatening court action!!!!!! After less than 24 hours and during the first phone call! He later "relented" but tried to charge a 25% restocking fee. Almost $125.00. Unbelievable! When I tried to explain that even if I paid the restocking fee and bought the identical unit online(no tax, no shipping) I would still be ahead $75, that's how overpriced he is. Do yourself a favor - don't go anywhere near this place.
