When it comes to working with buyers AND sellers, this agent has a lot to learn?We spent in excess of $2000 on travel and inspections to have our dream house purchase fall through as a result of what was probably less than $500 to repair what was originally listed as one of the home's assets?the whole transaction was in excess of $500K!
