PRESCOTT HONDA

I had a 7:30 service appt. I stood in the service area for 20 minutes without even getting checked in. (While others arriving after me did get seen to.) At 7:50 I left very disappointed with my treatment. There are plenty of less costly options available for servicing my car, I expect a higher level of customer service at a dealership to justify the cost premium. I received very poor customer service at this dealership. I have bought 2 Honda CR-V vehicles and unfortunately this experience has left such a bad taste that I question whether I am interested in using this dealership for my next one. I believe poor customer service is possibly the norm at this dealership as I remember slow service on my only other encounter here.

The car is 2005 and its still perfect. They're always friendly, honest, and helpful.

I had a good experience with Prescott Honda. They treated us good with the car repair.  They're honest and they do quality work. They did what they said they're going to do and when they said they're going to do.

They were quick and friendly. They forgot to do one of things that was on the coupon. I had expected that they were going to change the air filter but they didn't do it. It could have been 150 dollars instead of 130 dollars. They were honest about that. They were fine. They did a good job getting it back on time.

Their service was superb. They took care of everything right away. They went ahead and did all the stuff. They even washed my car. I picked up my car with no charge. They even followed me up, and asked me how was my car going.

We contacted Prescott Honda because of an oil leak. We told them we had taken the car to Jiffy Lube in Prescott Valley approximately three weeks earlier for an oil change. We took the car to Prescott Honda Thursday morning and left the car there for repairs. We received a phone call approximately one hour later telling us the car was ready - the air filter was not tightened properly nor the oil plug which they tightened. No charge for the service plus they washed my car. I was very impressed with the service department and will be taking my vehicle there for oil changes and any other service in the future.

It was fine. I would use them again.
