Pasadena is building a home for us in Prescott, and while the home is not yet complete, so far so good. Josh has been working with us every step of the way to ensure that our preferences are met. He is extremely responsive and makes sure any questions we have are addressed immediately. Our house should be complete in a few months....I'll give a more complete review then.
2/26/14 UPDATE: Our home is nearly completed and it is amazing! The builder has been extremely responsive and included lots of finishing touches requested by us personally. Josh is the agent who sold us the home and he is selling others in the new development of Solstice Ridge. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Josh and the builder to anyone....family or friends. They work with a level of integrity and professionalism that is rare today. And their work is fantastic. If you are reading this and planning to build a new home in Prescott, I hope to welcome you as a neighbor soon.
