Orkin

Moved here about six months ago.  Had a lot of spiders inside and outside of the house, so I called a pest control company.  They came out three times, but we continued to have spiders and other pests in the house (although it was noticeably better).  Thought we'd try another company.  We called one, but they never responded.  We hesitated to call Orkin because we thought they would be too expensive.  But we called Orkin anyway.  They came out and performed a very thorough inspection two months ago.  Then he sprayed inside and outside.  We were very impressed and signed a contract for a year.  Just had our second spraying this past week.  The bug problem is almost completely gone.  Jonathan is very professional and great to work with.  Also very responsive.  And since we prepaid for the year, the cost is comparable to other companies.  They come here to inspect and spray every two months.  We will continue to use Orkin and will definitely recommend to others.

Orkin come out every three months. They spray around the yard. If I have any specific problems, they address those - when we had some mice problems they put out bait stations. Then he comes in the house and he sprays around the windows and the doors. They guy always calls before he comes. He comes when he says he's going to. We've had a lot less problems with pests since they've been coming. The price is probably comparable with most places.

They are fine. They are not great but adequate. The fellow that comes out is a nice guy and has been coming out about fifteen years. He will do whatever we ask, if we have extra things to do.

They really have been great. We are very pleased with them.
