Don was excellent. I had a problem with one of the cameras going blank at night and he tried a remedy that did not work out. He came back and tried a second remedy and it works perfectly now. The original problem had nothing to do with his installation or the equipment but was a wire from my previous security system that had a bad connector on it. He replaced that connector free of charge and....all is good. He is a super nice guy that wants the job to be perfect and the customer to be completely satisfied with the job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I used traditional methods to look for a company to provide surveillance cameras for our business and was shocked that I only found one company. I tried Home Advisor and was happy to find another option, Onyx Audio Video LLC. They came right away, provided a quote, and had the system installed and running within a WEEK! They were SO GOOD that I've decided to have them do our 3 other locations!

I had a satellite TV that would not display picture or sound. I was sure it was a switching problem but did not know how to reset my system. Don quickly and efficiently diagnosed and reset my system.
