NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

I subsequently purchased the property based upon his inspection. After I purchased the home, numerous things came to light about the condition of the property. What was most disturbing was that during the inspection, I had asked if he had inspected this property before, and he said no. I later discovered that to be false. I later had over $60,000 in damages to the home, that were undisclosed by the seller and by Dave Hardy, that they both were aware of because of the inspection that he had done for the previous buyer. He had concealed photographs which showed snow and water going down inside the chimney area, into the house, which caused black mold. All in all, I later filed a lawsuit, and his insurance company made partial restitution. In closing, if you're looking for a home inspector, please do yourself a favor and use anybody except Dave Hardy and National Property Inspection. I realize that this was done 10 years ago, but I wanted to put this information out for any other potential customers to be avoid the heartache and trauma that I had to go through.
