It’s the most incredible porch ever. Perfect in every way! Fergal has a real talent for building and a great eye for design. People walk by every day and tell us how beautiful our porch looks. Also he did a major remodel of our bathroom 5 years ago, it’s still the most loved room in our house :)

Five Gold Stars. We wanted to build a new deck on the side of our home. We were impressed with Fergal the first time we met with him. He reviewed what we wanted to and then made helpful suggestions. We had contacted other builders and received other bids. He seemed to be the most interested and was the most helpful. His bid was the most detailed as to materials and cost. He also explained that as it was summer he was quite busy and gave us a realistic start date even though we were hoping for sooner. However, it was well worth the wait. We have a beautiful well constructed deck. 
Fergal and his crew were very neat and professional. They kept the job site clean. The crew was hard working and it was very obvious that they knew what they were doing. We would definitely contact him again if we have any other projects.

We had French doors that we wanted to remove and replace with a large window.  We contacted Fergal Moloney, who gave us an estimate.  We immediately liked Fergal and knew we wanted to work with him.  Fergal can describe his ideas and you can actually visualize what he is talking about.

Fergal and his crew removed the French doors, put the window in, did the stucco, paint, plaster, and everything else that needed to be done.  We are extremely happy with the result!

We are now getting an estimate from Fergal on remodeling our bathroom.  We are looking forward to working with Fergal and his crew again, and would highly recommend them.  Great job!

Fantastic! Fergal Moloney made sure the job was done and was done right. He was fun to work with and easy to get along with. He worked well with any changes that came up. He made helpful suggestions when we were at a loss as to what we should do at certain decision points along the way. He wanted to make sure that we the customers were completely satisfied. My wife and I will definitely book Fergal Moloney for any remodeling work in the future. He is by far the best contractor we have ever worked with.

,Excellent job.  Fergal Moloney is very easy to work with.  Very honest and straightforward.  We discussed possibility of a composite deck and he said (even though he would make more money) that, besides replacing some boards, the deck was still in good shape and it wasn't necessary at this time.  Jordan, Dennis, and Jon did a fine job with all the work involved.  You won't regret using his company.  He is a general contractor and we will be calling him in the future for more home improvements!

Moloney worked extensively on the design with myself and the carpentry shop.  He followed up during construction and then supervised the installation of the book case and the interior LED lighting.  Prior to installation, he supervised wiring for the lighting in the bookcase.  He oversaw all work of his crew and sub-contractors.  His crew were punctual and courteous.  They always followed his instructions to leave behind no sign that they had been there.  Moloney's sub-contractors proved to be as reliable as Moloney himself.  
Written statements of work and prices were provided in advance for each part of the job.  No additional charges were incurred during the project.
Moloney performed above expectations, and I would definitely us him on future projects.

Great!!  The demolition was done before the holidays, and then the company had time off.  But once work resumed in Jan. they continued each day with new construction aspects.   The plumber accepted my husband's late extra plumbing demands and did them for us for time and costs.   The tile crew was truly exceptional and the results are fabulous.  The boss was great in that any of my concerns or issues on the project were addressed/fixed to my satisfaction.  There were times when items ordered were not correct or damaged, but I really don't know who's fault that was.  Overall great crew to work with!!

It was the best remodeling experience we have ever had. Fergal Moloney was hands on. He provided good workmen and supervised them well. He ensured our house was in good, clean condition every evening. He provided valuable suggestions to enhance our project and ensured things were completed to a very high standard--whether we followed his suggestions or chose different solutions. His sub-contractors (electrical and plumbing) had just as high standards as Fergal did. He was respectful of the budget and very clear about what was included and what would be an add-on. We are very happy with the result--and with the process. We would unhesitatingly recommend Fergal.

Fergal Moloney was wonderful to work with.  He was professional and so easy to talk to in regards to our questions and concerns.  He definitely is a person of integrity.  All of our phone calls to him were always returned and never ignored.  He and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end.  Nothing was left undone.  They worked diligently every second that they were here on the job.  They were meticulous and cleaned everything up when the job was completed.  My husband and I both would highly recommend Fergal to anyone.  We would be happy to give a referral if ever needed.  We are extremely happy with our new deck.

After getting several bids we chose Moloney Construction because of his reasonable bid and Fergal's friendly personality. We felt that this was someone that we could have a pleasant working relationship with.

Getting started took a little bit longer while we waited for the city to give the permits. Fergal kept in touch throughout the process to keep us up to date. Once he got the OK, he started work with his team quickly and efficiently. We were able to do much of the finish work ourselves (like painting and such) to save a little bit of money, and Fergal worked with us on that without giving the impression that he needed to do it all himself.

He kept us informed, and was always available to answer any questions. His team was just as pleasant to work with as he was. I cant' imagine working with a friendlier group of people. We are particular about good workmanship, and were not disappointed. He has gained our trust, and would not hesitate to hire him again for our other projects.

Our bathrooms are beautiful and functional. Fergal was wonderful, he is an excellent contractor.

Mr. Fergal Maloney redesigned an existing unsafe deck. Having working knowledge in the building industry I knew what would be involved with reconstructing a new deck, working with Fergal was a pleasure, his work is above par and the deck was very well constructed. His ideas to make the egress user friendly was better than I had imagined. The overall cost was a little higher than bid however I did make some changes to the original design drawings that were not accounted for in the plan. Fergal was more than fair in his bid, he even ate some of the change costs. I highly recommend Maloney construction for your deck needs.

Mr. Maloney is very creative and provided a solution to a door problem in another area as well as one in the laundry area.

Fergel was professional from the beginning, was upfront about all aspects and costs, had some great ideas to enhance what I was trying to accomplish. He was a pleasure to work with, was hands on with the construction and his crew and made everyone clean up each night. Hands down, he would be an asset on any construction job. I had worked in real estate and construction for 35 years, and have never met a more honest contractor who insisted I do things right. The other contractors said that I shouldn't use a permit, while Fergel was insistent on doing everything legally for my protection. He was fun to work with, and selected a great crew all while making remodeling fun, if that's possible!

My table matches my built in tv cabinet, perfect. I am very satisfied with the quality work that was done.

Mr Moloney and his crew were diligent and careful, including following through on several very specific requests by us regarding decorative detailing. There were a couple of instances where the crew did not show up (due to material delays), but on the whole, Mr Moloney stayed in contact with us to keep us in the loop. I highly recommend this contractor.

The project went well, as we were dealing with upcoming weather constraints. Professional, diligent. and quite meticulous the crew was great every day. Timely , friendly and very conscious for working with us on every issue that came up. meaning colors , where we wanted posts.. Communication was key and they stepped up to the plate on all levels. Great experience.
