They come out to service it once in a while. The price is very reasonable. If something goes down, or is not working right, they send someone down immediately. They put in my internet services, every room is wired. The internet is part of the alarm system. The money was about the same as others. Their office is closed most of the time, so getting to talk to somebody and accessibility is not good.
