Old World Craftsmanship using laser guided technology to sharpen knives, scissors, and shears. "To protect the temper of your knifes edge I sharpen on a slow speed water-cooled composite stone wheel, then hone with ultra fine abrasives. My goal is to restore your blades edge while removing no more metal than necessary. I do this by measuring in the exact degree of angle appropriate to each knife." "Scissors and shears are sharpened on one of two dedicated machines. Each have articulated arms to maintain the same arc every pass and clamps that are set to the exact degree of angle appropriate to each scissor."
