 + -1 moreLon's runs a knife sharpening booth at the Prescott Farmer's Market. We have taken all types of cutlery to him. He has sharpened kitchen knives for us as well as my folding knives and even a double edged sheath knife. All came out absolutely razor sharp and done quickly for a reasonable price, usually based on blade length.
