 + -1 moreAfter contacting 6 painters for estimates, we went with Les Elder. He gave us the best price and he and his team were easy to work with and also nice guys to have around the house for a few days. The prep work was excellent and the entire job was extremely well done. He painted the concrete patio floor and drilled a hole through the block to relieve water buildup after rain. I forget the actual cost, but he was the best price of 6 estimates.
