 + 0 moreOil Change was good and checked vehicle but price seems very high. I did ask for a copy of my window sticker and representative said he would get the info and call me or mail the window sticker to me. I have not heard from them.

 + -1 moreWalked into the main service center. 'A' service manager was 'lounging' in his chair, never said hello, was talking to an other employee but (as I listened) I realized it was not 'business'... finally I interrupted, asked about service. The representative never even shifted in his seat, still did not formally recognize me and said, "Oh, well it's (approx from memory here) $100 to look at your car" and "we're open from blah to blah, just bring it in..." and returned to talking to his buddy I wouldn't take my Radio flyer wagon to this joint. They could care less...
Description of Work: Went to this full service 'Dealership' (we own an 'all the bells and whistles' Trailblazer and "have" had dealer service in another state before) after moving to Prescott. We wanted a few 'basics' (oil, coolant, etc AND to CHECK a few more important potential problems).
