Real Estate Service
They do NOT service their listings. For instance, I had to call them EVERY single time the listing brochures were out of the box attached to the sign post because they never checked.
They were never at a showing to make sure the potential buyers were getting all the information about the listing (except once.)
I accepted an offer for about $70,000 less than the original listing price they suggested. Thank you Kathleen Group.
I gave them a $46,000 thank you for selling my house. (a complete 6% of selling price) (They appreciated it so much they said thank you to me by giving me a $10 gift certificate to Starbucks). I expected (and would have preferred) nothing.
ANY realtor could have done what they did (and probably have done it better.)
If you must use this group - be careful!!
